About the Project
The client, Aesth Medic Trainings, needed more than a standard brochure website. The challenge was to create a dynamic educational platform that serves as a comprehensive information hub for courses while also automating and simplifying the participant registration process. The project focused on an intelligent architecture that allows for easy scalability of their offerings and on uncompromising optimization to guarantee lightning-fast site performance. The result is an efficient operational hub for the company and an intuitive tool for its clients.
Key Project Elements
The key to the project's success was creating an admin panel that became a true operational hub for the client. I implemented a dedicated system that allows the Aesth Medic team to independently manage every aspect of their offerings—from course programs and speaker profiles to the schedule of dates. As a result, the client gained full autonomy, saving time and eliminating the need to involve a developer for every update.
To eliminate repetitive and time-consuming tasks, I designed a relational data architecture based on the "enter once, update everywhere" principle. For example, adding a new training date and linking it to a course takes just a few seconds, and the system automatically displays this information in all relevant places on the site, including the registration form. This solution not only drastically reduces administration time but also ensures the site is fully scalable and ready for future expansion of their offerings.
Dynamic, feature-rich websites often suffer from performance issues—I considered this an unacceptable compromise. From the outset, the priority was to ensure that advanced functionality and automation would not come at the cost of speed. Thanks to advanced optimization techniques, the site achieves scores close to 100 on PageSpeed Insights, guaranteeing a professional and seamless experience for every user, regardless of the complexity of the content they are browsing.
